Do I need to install something?

You need to install a small tracking code on your website. There are instructions where you should install the code when your account is activated. If you require further assistance, you can contact us or seek help from your website developer.

Why do I need the tracking code?

The tracking code is basically a layer of click fraud detection. This layer provides us with more information regarding the attacker. Based on this information the system decides which IP is innocent and which is fraudulent.

Which CMS does AdClickProtect support?

AdClickProtect users can integrate with any type of CMS available on the market. There are no restrictions to the service. If you have any type of website and run ad campaigns, AdClickProtect can protect you!

What are the charges for the service?

AdClickProtect has multiple subscription plans designed to meet the needs of all businesses depending on their size and their budget. The subscription plan you select is automatically renewed, so that the detection and protection of your ads continue to be operational. You can buy your subscription plan by using a credit or a debit card.

If I want to unsubscribe from the service, how do I do it?

In case you want to unsubscribe, you must click the Unsubscribe button in the My Subscription section through the application environment. Your subscription will continue to be valid for the remaining days you have paid and then the service will cease to be operational until the subscription is renewed.

When will I receive invoices?

Upon completion of each month, you will receive an invoice in your email that will cover the costs of your subscription plan. If you select an annual plan, you will receive an invoice after the payment is complete.

Is there support in case I need some help?

You can contact a representative directly for any questions or clarifications you may need, using the chat option within the AdClickProtect environment, by sending emails or calling the contact numbers.

I lost my login credentials, how can I get them back?

In case you do not remember your password, you can click on the Forgot My Password option on the login page of your account and an email will be sent to you, with which you will be able to create a new password. In case you do not remember any login information you can send an email and a representative will contact you in order to restore your account information.
